Jesús Caminero is Managing Partner of Caminero, Carvajal & Asociados, S.R.L. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States, licensed in the State of Montana, and a Certified Public Accountant in the Dominican Republic. He also holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and has more than twenty years of experience in external audit, forensic audit, due diligence, project audits and business valuations.

Throughout his professional career, he has led national and international audits for clients in the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Cuba, as well as engagements for projects financed by multilateral and international cooperation organizations, including UNDP, USAID, the World Bank and the IDB. His experience includes the execution and supervision of audits under International Standards on Auditing, IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, US GAAP and other applicable frameworks.

Before joining Caminero, Carvajal & Asociados as Managing Partner in 2026, he developed an extensive professional career in international firms, including Baker Tilly Dominican Republic and Grant Thornton Dominican Republic, where he held leadership positions such as Audit and Quality Partner and participated in the Baker Tilly Latin America Audit Committee, the Quality Management Group and Baker Tilly International Global Focus Champions.

In academia, he has served as a university professor at Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) and Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), teaching courses in auditing, financial statement analysis, financial accounting, digital accounting and workshops with specialized tools such as CaseWare IDEA. At INTEC, he participated in the curricular renewal of the Accounting degree and received the High-Performance Faculty Recognition in 2022.

His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Instituto de Contadores Públicos Autorizados de la República Dominicana (ICPARD), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and Toastmasters International.

Jesús Caminero is bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing him to serve local and international clients and participate in engagements with technical, regulatory and communication requirements in both languages.

His incorporation as Managing Partner represents a new stage for the firm, giving continuity to the family legacy and strengthening the practice with international standards, a risk-based methodology, technology tools and a clear orientation toward value creation for clients.

Manuel Caminero holds a degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Dominican Republic and a member of the Instituto de Contadores Públicos Autorizados de la República Dominicana (ICPARD). He is Founding Partner of Caminero, Carvajal & Asociados, S.R.L., a Dominican firm established in 1993, with a professional career focused on audit, accounting, taxes, tax planning, tax advisory, compliance and accounting outsourcing.

Before founding the firm, he held leadership positions at Peat Marwick, now KPMG, one of the main international audit, tax and consulting firms. This experience strengthened his technical training, professional judgment and service vision under structured methodologies and international quality standards.

For more than three decades, he has supported companies, independent professionals, local organizations and regulated entities in their accounting, tax and administrative processes. His experience includes tax planning, tax advisory, recurring compliance, structuring and review of accounting processes, preparation of financial information and accounting outsourcing services.

He also has experience in government audits, the banking sector and regulated entities, contributing practical knowledge of the regulatory, financial and fiscal environment of the Dominican Republic.

In academia, he taught auditing at Universidad Dominicana O&M, contributing to the training of accounting professionals and strengthening his vocation for teaching, professional ethics and the transmission of technical knowledge.

His professional training includes certifications and continuing education in International Standards on Auditing (ISA), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and taxes, complementing his practical experience in accounting, tax and business advisory services.

As founder, he represents the professional legacy of Caminero, Carvajal & Asociados, S.R.L., based on trust, responsibility, client proximity and knowledge accumulated over more than 30 years of professional practice. His leadership is the foundation on which the firm begins a new stage of growth, modernization and technical strengthening.

Ingrid Carvajal holds a degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Dominican Republic and a member of the Instituto de Contadores Públicos Autorizados de la República Dominicana (ICPARD). She is Founding Partner of Caminero, Carvajal & Asociados. She has training and certifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and taxes, as well as a career focused on accounting outsourcing, tax compliance, financial administration and operational management.

Since the foundation of the firm, she has played a key role in its organization, continuity and institutional development, supporting administrative, financial and operational management, as well as the coordination of professional services for companies, independent professionals and local organizations.

Her experience is mainly concentrated in accounting outsourcing, including organization of financial records, preparation and monitoring of accounting information, recurring tax compliance, administrative-accounting support, document coordination and close support to clients in their financial and fiscal processes.

Her participation as Founding Partner represents an essential part of the firm’s legacy and stability, complementing the technical experience of its partners with an administrative, close and service-oriented vision.
